Made this in Handi :-)
Chick Peas boiled 3-4 cups
Chicken 1 kg
...Tomatoes 3 medium size
3/4th cup oil or as required
Onion 3 roughly cut
Coriander chopped to garnish
Water 2-3 cups or more for more gravy

Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
kasoori methi 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
Black pepper 1/4th tsp
Cardamom 2 to 3

For Dum:
1/2 tbsp meethi daana
1/2 tsp garam masala
green chillies


Add oil to pan ... put onion n w8 until they get soft... when they done add tomatoes n all the spices mentioned above mix n fry thm well.. Add chicken to it... And Cover it until onion n tomatoes disapear n chicken completely soft .. add the chick peas plus add water keepin in mind how much u need gravy ... cover it n cook it for least 10 mints on low flame... check if u feel chick peas n chicken r well mixed 2gther add garam masala,meethi and green chillies cook on high flame for 5-10 mint and its done :-) but if u feel more gravy u can dry it on high flame... bt remember chick peas soak water after sumtime..so dere must b enough gravy...Garnish with Coriander n enjoy :-)

Khameeri Puri:

Flour 3 cups
Milk Powder 4 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
warm water to knead


Mix all the above ingredients and knead a soft dough... cover for 30 - 45 mint or until it bcm double in size... make small balls like we make for puriz... Deep fry and enjoy!!!
